Druid is fucking weird when it comes to leveling. Deep Freeze is icing on the cake, because monsters will automatically swarm on top of you and be in range of one another, and one always dies, and the rest are already at low life from Deep Freeze.Įnded up being able to make it to T3 at 46 this way just under six hours.īut hey, they'll probably gut Ice Shards to make all builds "equally viable", so this probably won't matter come the 20th. You also want to put as many enemies on top of elites as possible, and sometimes you can kill the elite from the chain reaction alone. As soon as you kill one, two at most, everything else just dies. The way it's played is to just play like it's the cow level from D2 and herd them into the biggest packs possible. Ice Shards + Fireball is insane, and it's seriously the Sorcerer version of Corpse Explosion. Stick with Fireball as your second enchantment slot. It's not good at all until the two the two boss fights in the first capstone dungeon, and it's not even about the damage as much as it is getting 3/3 Warmth. I'm not sure of a build that is actually faster for this.Ģ. With the way you'll want to play it at a place like Temple of Rot from 30 - 45 (or whatever level you decide to do the capstone dungeon) it's really, really good even starting with zero gear. At level 30 however.this it the point in which you should go Ice Shards. Sorcerer from 1 - 29 is the fastest as Arc lash/CL/Fireball (rank 5). The leveling guides rarely seem include early-mid respecs usually and this is a mistake.
